1. I had a photo session for my bookbinding business with the photographer Timothy Taggart. He came to my place where I was living in Draper and took many (about 800) pictures with me and the books.

2. I got a new lens to my camera, the 50mm, and got this white wooden backdrop. These beautiful carnations were the first to be shot on the backdrop with the new lens!

3. This is the view I used to have when I was living in Draper, while making books. I recently moved to Provo but still have the mountains view from my window! Love Utah and the mountains!

4. All my love for the berries. Strawberry, blueberry and raspberry.

1. Eu tive uma sessão de fotos para meu negócio de encadernação com o fotógrafo Timothy Taggart. Ele veio pra onde morava em Draper e tirou muitas (cerca de 800) fotos de mim com os livros.

2. Comprei uma lente nova para minha câmera, a 50mm, e esse fundo branco de madeira para fotos. Esses cravos lindos foram os primeiros a serem fotografados nesse fundo com minha lente nova!

3. Essa era a vista que eu tinha quando estava morando em Draper, enquanto trabalhava com encadernação. Eu mudei recentemente para Provo mas ainda tenho a vista das montanhas na minha janela! Amo Utah e as montanhas!

4. Todo meu amor por essas frutas. Morango, mirtilo e framboesa.

Estava bem animada hoje de ir no Grande Lago Salgado. Na última vez que viajei para SLC, pude ver pela janela do avião esse grande e bonito lago, e desde então eu quis vir para ver. Não estava o mesmo azul hoje, mas com nevoeiro e cinza. Adorei muito passar um tempo lá.

I was so excited today about going to the Great Salt Lake. Last time that I travelled to SLC, I could see through the airplane window this big and beautiful lake, and I since then I wanted to come to see it. It wasn’t that same blue today, but foggy and gray. I enjoyed a lot spending some time there.

Fatos & Dicas:

• O Grande Lago Salgado é localizado no estado de Utah/EUA.
• É o maior lago de água salgada no Hemisfério Ocidental.
• Tem uma taxa de $3 de entrada no Great Salt Lake State Marina.
• Cheira mal, como peixe morto. Imagino que no verão deve ser bem pior. Mas a vista faz valer a pena.
• Quando você chegar na marina, não estacione no primeiro estacionamento que ver, continue dirigindo para ver os ramos e ter uma visão melhor do lago.

• The Great Salt Lake is located in the state of Utah.
• It’s the largest salt water lake in the Western Hemisphere.
• There is a $3 entrance fee at the Great Salt Lake State Marina.
• It smells bad, like dead fish. I guess in summer it must be worst. But the view is worth it.
• When you get at the marine, don’t park at the first parking lot that you’ll see, keep driving to see the bushes and to have a better view of the lake.
